Group Therapy

Hamm Clinic’s Interpersonal Therapy groups are intended to give clients an opportunity to share their unique experiences while providing appropriate challenge, support, and feedback to one another. Our therapy groups can:

  • Give people greater insight and information about their interactions with others;
  • Offer people a safe place to test ways of communicating;
  • Challenge participants to reflect on behaviors and attitudes;
  • Help people learn to develop and deepen friendships and connections;
  • Address social anxiety and isolation;
  • Be used alone or in addition to individual therapy.
