Replication Study
A larger study involved pre- and post-treatment OQ data from 78 clients. 88% of clients demonstrated statistically and clinically significant improvement in all four domains of functioning as measured by the OQ from the beginning to the end of treatment. This study illustrates a method of research that therapists and agencies can use to integrate practical evaluation methods into their practice in order to improve mental health services to clients and to demonstrate the effectiveness of those services.
