Kari Rominski
Ms. Rominski was elected to the Hamm Clinic Board of Directors in September 2009 and serves on its Development Committee. Ms. Rominski has spent her life working for the family business. Currently she is the Executive Director of the Hubbard Broadcasting Foundation. Ms. Rominski attended the University of Minnesota while she worked part-time at Hubbard Broadcasting doing various jobs to learn about the business. She spent time working directly with her father, Stanley Hubbard, a fabulous opportunity to witness the day-to-day operations as he also conceived, planned and built the direct satellite broadcast business, United States Satellite Broadcasting Co. Ms. Rominski began running the charitable foundation in the early 1980’s. In addition to her foundation responsibilities, she serves on the Hubbard Broadcasting Board of Directors, works with her family and top advisors on strategic planning and next generation transition planning. She has expanded philanthropic duties within the company and serves as Hubbard Broadcasting's Executive Vice President of Community Affairs. Ms. Rominski also serves on the boards of Como Friends and Urban Battles. She recently joined the Development Committee for The Guild Incorporated. Over the years she has served on various non-profit boards and committees including Friends of the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Leukemia Society, and Friends of the St. Paul Public Library, COMPAS, WAMSO, and Children's Miracle Network.
