J. Lawrence McIntyre
Mr. J. Lawrence McIntyre retired in 2007 as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of the Toro Company in Bloomington, Minnesota. Toro manufactures and markets professional turn maintenance equipment, irrigation systems, landscaping equipment and consumer lawn mowing and yard maintenance equipment, with revenues of $1.7 billion in 2004 and has manufacturing facilities in the United States, Mexico, Australia and Italy. Prior to joining Toro in 1993, Mr. McIntyre practiced corporate and securities law at Doherty, Rumble and Butler in Minneapolis. Mr. McIntyre received his undergraduate degree from the College of St. Thomas in 1964 and graduated cum laude from the Law School of the University of Minnesota in 1966. He is a member of the Business Law Section and the Law and Accounting Committee of the American Bar Association, the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Association, and the American Corporate Counsel Association and the American Society of Corporate Securities.
