Marilyn Broussard
Ms. Broussard was elected to the Board of Directors in March 2008 and serves on the Finance Committee. She retired in 2011 as a Financial Advisor for Waddell and Reed, Inc. in Arden Hills, MN. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1965 from the University of SW Louisiana, and has worked as a Financial Advisor since 1981 with Waddell and Reed. Ms. Broussard received her Certified Financial Planning Certificate in 1983. Prior to her career in financial advising she was a classroom teacher in the intermediate grades. Ms. Broussard has a wide scope of volunteer service including serving on the Advisory Committee for the Leadership for Black Women at the Humphrey Institute, a Board member for the Hope Community in South Minneapolis, and presently on the Board of Trustees for the College of St. Benedicts.
